Contracts Manager, Responsive Repairs (Social Housing)

Mears Group in Evesham is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the responsive repairs service across social housing properties. You will oversee operational and commercial performance, support supervisors, and ensure safe, high-quality repairs that meet client expectations and residents’ needs.

You will manage KPIs, reporting, and service delivery standards for responsive repairs including out-of-hours, disrepair, and damp-related works.
