Care Concern Group Limited’s Rubislaw Park Care Home in Aberdeen’s West End is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN to support the Home Manager and lead its clinical team. You will ensure high standards of care, oversee medication management and clinical practice, and mentor staff while coordinating with residents, families and multidisciplinary colleagues.
