Job Description:
iBC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead a cluster of Adults Supported Living services across Birmingham, working closely with the Registered Manager to drive quality of care and CQC compliance.
You will provide strong people management across sites, supervise staff, and deputise during absences while ensuring person-centred, safe support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. A Level 5 Leadership diploma is essential.
