Care Training & Development Lead

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver training across our care homes and services. You will assess learning needs, create content and ensure delivery aligns with Skills for Care and CQC standards, with travel to North West sites and beyond as needed.

Join a dedicated L&D team and help implement induction programs, champion initiatives and maintain accurate records using our e-learning system. Level 3 Education & Training required.
