Job Description:
David Wood Baking Ltd. is seeking a Group Auditor to join the Food Safety & Technical team. The role reports to the Head of Food Safety & Regulatory Affairs, with travel across all 7 UK sites, typically 2-3 nights away per week, and responsibility for producing audit reports and driving continuous improvement.
You will perform GMP/hygiene audits, verify allergen controls, and ensure HACCP/TACCP compliance while supporting RSPO accreditation in a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment.
