One Way Resourcing, on behalf of a regional main contractor in Oxfordshire, seeks a Bid Manager to lead tenders from enquiry to submission within Pre-Construction. You will develop methodologies, programmes and site logistics to show safe, efficient and commercially sound delivery.
The role collaborates with Estimating, Operations and supply chain, reviews drawings and Employer’s Requirements, and supports framework submissions and two-stage tenders.
