Assistant Grounds Manager: Open Spaces & Safety

East Suffolk Services Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and manage our Grounds Maintenance team across East Suffolk and its public spaces. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive high standards, and support both Council and commercial contracts.

With substantial grounds maintenance or horticulture experience, you will manage staff, resources, safety, and quality inspections, delivering service improvements and ensuring COSHH and health and safety compliance.
