Operation Smile UK in London is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership, drive growth and strengthen our organisation. You will oversee strategy, governance and fundraising, building partnerships that support global cleft care access.

The role requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial leader with a strong fundraising track record and experience managing international partnerships. Hybrid work with two days in the London office is offered.
