Field Sales Team Lead — Drive Growth on the Doorstep

Modern Milkman is seeking a Team Leader to build and shape a field-based sales team across the Midlands. You will own day-to-day performance, run 1:1s, coach reps to hit targets and lead from the front on the doorstep.

Based in the West Midlands with travel to the South West for onboarding, you’ll recruit, interview, and scale the team while delivering growth as the company scales. A full UK driving licence and proven leadership in field sales are essential.
