The successful Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer will be fully competent in both panel beating and spray painting duties, with an emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.

• Competitive daily rate of £180 – £200, subject to a pay review after three months
• Overtime available at enhanced rates of x1.00, with occasional bonuses for extra hours

Duties:

• Completing repairs as a qualified Panel Beater, ensuring high-quality finish and customer satisfaction
• Performing spray painting duties as a skilled Paint Sprayer, meeting precise client specifications
• Working efficiently to achieve daily targets and manage workshop productivity
• Adhering to health and safety regulations within the workshop environment
• Communicating effectively with team members and management
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements for the Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer position:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater and/or Paint Sprayer within the motor trade
• Relevant technical qualifications and certifications
• Strong attention to detail and professional attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with excellent communication skills
