Registered Care Manager – Lead a residential service

Sense is seeking a registered care manager for our residential CQC Service in Kingstanding, Birmingham. You will lead a dedicated team, including a Deputy Manager and Support Workers, ensuring daily operations meet our high standards and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will manage rotas, mentor staff, and maintain systems to guarantee compliance while promoting person-centred care for our residents. A background in care management and driving license is preferred.
