Technical Support Manager (Azure M365) Preston / WFH to £70kAre you a Technical Support Manager with a strong knowledge of Azure combined with leadership experience?You could be progressing your career at a growing software and technology consultancy.As a Technical Support Manager you’ll lead and develop a team of cloud and infrastructure engineers, building technical capability and encouraging greater ownership across Managed Services. A key focus will be shift-left: coaching junior engineers to resolve more complex issues independently, reducing reliance on senior escalation points and Professional Services.With a strong Microsoft background across Azure, Microsoft 365 and traditional infrastructure, you’ll provide hands-on technical guidance while improving operational standards, service handovers and technical delivery.
