Senior NEC Cost Consultant for Healthcare Infrastructure

Mace is seeking an experienced NEC Contract Project Manager to join our NHFP healthcare programme in Jersey. The role involves site-based administration three days per month, coordinating with stakeholders and leading contract management activities.

You will manage NEC4 processes, review notices and submissions, and drive risk reduction and compliance across the multi-site scheme. Experience on healthcare or major infrastructure projects is essential.
