Operations-Driven Management Accountant | Hybrid + 10% Bonus

Axon Moore is helping a Hull-based manufacturing business recruit a Management Accountant who wants to shape decisions on the shop floor rather than sit behind a spreadsheet.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll own monthly management accounts, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, and work with production and operations to improve cost visibility. This is a hybrid role with a bonus of up to 10%.
