Regional Elderly Care Operations Leader

Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead a portfolio of elderly residential and nursing care services across the Leicester–Manchester corridor. You will have P&L responsibility, set regional strategy, and drive quality and financial performance while developing high-performing teams.

You will report to the COO and balance commercial growth with safe, person-centred care, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across multiple services.
