Forensic Inpatient Social Worker | Women’s Mental Health

Cygnet Delfryn House in North Wales is opening a new low secure service for women in early 2027. A Social Worker will provide specialist psychosocial assessment and support to service users, linking with external agencies to promote safe discharge and welfare.

The role requires compassionate, evidence-based practice within a secure inpatient setting, with a focus on recovery, risk management and collaboration across MDTs.
