Ultimo, part of IFS, is hiring a German-speaking Business Development Representative to cover the DACH region from our UK base in Staines. The role sits on the Ultimo Sales Academy, a structured 18–24 month programme delivering coaching, salary progression, and a clear path to Account Executive.

You’ll conduct German and English outreach, research target accounts, qualify opportunities, and hand off to Account Executives, with CRM updates and close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
