Night Senior Carer: Lead & Inspire Care Team

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant to lead an attentive team in a residential care home. You will supervise Care Assistants and support the Deputy General Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
