Night Shift Care Team Leader – Lead & Elevate Wellbeing

Belong is seeking a Care Team Leader for night shifts at our Birkdale site. You will lead the night care team, ensure residents receive person-centred care, and promote independence and wellbeing.

You will administer and oversee medication safely, maintain care records, and ensure up-to-date care plans. Strong leadership, communication and record-keeping are essential, as is a NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it.
