Marketing Operations Architect – AI-Driven RevOps

Pleo is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to scale our go-to-market systems as we expand into Mid-Market and Enterprise segments across Europe. You’ll design account-based workflows, build AI-enabled processes, and partner with Data, BAT, and Engineering to ensure scalable operations.

You’ll drive governance, reporting cadences, and MQL-to-MQA routing while elevating team capabilities with documented standards and templates. Hybrid/in-person in-country setup available.
