Seasonal Customer Care Advisor – Hybrid/Remote

Mint Velvet is seeking a seasonal Customer Care Advisor for a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to February 2027 in High Wycombe. The role involves multi-channel customer support (phone, email, live chat, social media) with a focus on delivering a bespoke, high-quality service.

You will work until 8pm on some evenings and on Saturdays/bank holidays during peak trading. Remote or hybrid working options are available, supporting a fast-paced Christmas period.
