SCPHN School Nurse: Lead Children’s Health & Safeguarding

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a SCPHN School Nurse to join the Children’s Community Services Team. The role involves delivering the Healthy Child Programme, safeguarding children, and working with multi-agency partners across Derbyshire.
