Senior Care Lead: Elderly Care & Team Mentoring

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants in a caring home. You will work with the Deputy General Manager to support clinical tasks, including medication, assessments, care plans and care reviews.

You will bring NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, plus knowledge of elder care. The role offers ongoing training and opportunities for career progression within our warm, resident-centred environment.
