Recruitment Analytics Lead: Video & Data Insights

The Recruitment Analyst at EFL will lead video analysis and data workflows across the recruitment process, delivering detailed player analysis and insights on shortlisted targets.

Working with the Head of Recruitment and Chief Scout, you will produce evidence-based reports, dossiers, and live scouting outputs to inform recruitment decisions. You will integrate video scouting, data analytics and scout content to support a consistent assessment process.
