Customer Care & Complaints Specialist

Ideal Heating is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team in Hull. You will own the end-to-end handling of complaints, investigate issues, and ensure clear, empathetic communication with customers and colleagues across the business.

The role requires a proactive, resilient individual who can balance competing demands, maintain CRM records, and contribute to continuous improvement of complaint processes. Full-time hours apply, with a Monday–Friday pattern and 37 hours per week.
