Bakery Shop Leader | Assistant Manager & Team Coach

Blackbird Bakery is seeking an Assistant Manager to act as the Shop Manager’s right hand and to lead from the floor while driving the business. You will combine people skills with commercial awareness and a Service First mindset to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You love developing a team, taking on responsibility, and running the shop in the manager’s absence, with a focus on turnover, profitability, and brand standards across daily operations.
