The main duties of the role will include advising on a range of contracts and procurement matters, including:
- Consultancy Agreements
- Framework Agreements
- Grant Funding Agreements
- ICT Contracts
- Adult Social Care
- Collaboration Agreements
- Care Home Contracts
- Deeds of Variation
- Extension of Contracts
