Overview

As RF Systems Lead, you drive technical excellence across client projects, shaping RF solutions for high performance. You operate as a technical authority, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and influence project direction. The role blends deep RF expertise with strategic client engagement to deliver industry-aligned, cutting-edge designs. This is a senior, non-management role focused on impact, innovation, and collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment. You will partner with clients and internal teams to advance technically ambitious initiatives.

Pay / Benefits

• Salary up to £140k base + 33% bonus (Director level)
• Salary up to £110k base + 20% bonus (Associate Director level)
• Relocation package (covering 25% of first-year earnings for movers within range)
• Visa sponsorship available
• Hybrid working: 3 days onsite

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for RF systems across diverse projects
• Provide expertise in RF design, system architecture, and integration with knowledge of 3GPP standards
• Influence internal stakeholders and gain buy-in for technical decisions
• Contribute to business development through technical leadership
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including DSP, communications, and wireless technologies
• Engage with clients, presenting and delivering high-impact RF solutions aligned with industry standards

Key requirements

• Deep expertise in RF systems with authority in the field
• Strong multi-disciplinary knowledge (RF, DSP, communications) is a plus
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with passion for cutting-edge technology
• Ability to engage internally and externally to drive projects forward
• Minimum 15-20 years of relevant experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
