Lead Fixed Costs Team — RTA Case Expert

The Team Leader (Fixed Costs) at Minster Law Ltd will supervise a team handling fixed-cost personal injury cases, primarily in RTA, with case values ranging from £5k to £100k. You will provide end-to-end technical support and coaching, ensuring adherence to supervision standards and delivery of KPIs.

You will lead and develop a diverse team, drive governance, and support the Leadership Team to achieve growth, engagement, excellent customer service, and strong performance.
