Overview

You lead end-to-end IT initiatives in Research, Clinical, and Regulatory domains, blending product management with program consulting to drive digital innovation in pharma. You will align IT efforts with business goals, collaborate with global stakeholders, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions. The role focuses on transforming processes through data platforms, regulatory tools, AI-driven capabilities, and manufacturing systems. Your work helps advance clinical, regulatory, and quality outcomes while shaping the IT strategy for life sciences programs.

Responsibilities

• Own IT products and solutions across multiple pharma workstreams as a Product Manager
• Lead large-scale programs with planning, execution, and delivery across Agile and Waterfall
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including clinical data platforms, pharmacovigilance, regulatory solutions, AI tools, and manufacturing systems
• Collaborate with US/EU stakeholders to define IT strategies and scalable solutions
• Ensure compliance with CSV and 21 CFR Part 11
• Provide expertise in Life Sciences technologies such as MES, IRT, and Digital Twins
• Lead Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master and drive high-quality delivery using Jira and SAFe
• Perform business analysis, identify growth opportunities, and support pre-sales and proposals
• Manage vendors and third-party partners for cost-effective, timely delivery
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning IT initiatives with business goals

Key requirements

• Strong experience in digital transformation and IT strategy within Life Sciences
• Expertise in product and program management
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience
• Knowledge of clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, regulatory systems, and supply chain processes
• Strong understanding of compliance standards and reporting (DSUR, PSUR, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
