Therapeutic Children’s Residential Care Worker

Esland Group is recruiting a Residential Support Worker to join our caring homes near Stafford. You will help young people with daily living, attend activities and support educational plans in a nurturing, therapeutic environment.

The role operates 173 hours per month on a 2 on, 4 off schedule with sleep-ins. A UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and a 21+ age requirement are essential. Salary ranges from £35,122 to £35,745 per year, including sleeps and enhanced overtime opportunities.
