NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Clinical Nursing Lead within the Brookside Acute Services to oversee the Young People’s Home Treatment Team. You will ensure safe assessments, timely management and discharge of referrals, providing expert clinical leadership to the MDT and nursing staff.
The post requires an NMC registered nurse, commitment to evidence-based practice, and availability to cover core hours 8am-8pm, with out-of-hours/weekend commitments to maintain service delivery.
