Lead Tradesperson & Supervisor – Housing Repairs

Metropolitan Thames Valley in London is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of skilled tradespeople, delivering right-first-time repairs with excellent customer service in a social housing setting. You will oversee planning, health and safety, and coordination with planning, customer service, surveying staff and repairs officers to stay compliant.

The role requires a trade qualification, leadership experience, and a flexible approach to workloads; a driving licence is preferred.
