Personal Adviser: Transforming Futures for Care Leavers

Coventry City Council is recruiting for a Personal Adviser and liaison officer in the Through Care Service. You will work with 18-25-year-old care leavers who arrived in the UK as unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, driving their transition to adulthood and independence from local authority care.

You will coordinate with social workers and support services, ensuring pathway plan objectives are met while applying relevant legislation to real-world scenarios.
