Paddington Community Homes Ltd is seeking a caring Residential Childcare Worker to support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a safe, nurturing residential environment. You will provide day-to-day care, promote positive behaviour and build trusting relationships to aid independence and life skills.
