Interaction Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Liverpool team.

Who We’re Looking For
- Has around 1-2 years’ recruitment experience
- Is commercially minded and motivated by results
- Wants greater ownership of their desk
- Enjoys winning business and building client relationships
- Is ambitious and wants to progress into a senior or management role
- Experience within Industrial, Engineering, Commercial or Driving recruitment would be advantageous, but attitude and ambition are just as important.
Your Role
- You’ll take ownership of your desk, developing clients, winning new business, sourcing candidates and making placements across your specialist market.
- You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your 360 recruitment and business-development skills with the support of an experienced team.
