Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a Family Safeguarding Recovery Facilitator to support families affected by substance misuse within the integrated Family Safeguarding team.
You will assess needs, identify risks and work with both Children’s and Adults’ Social Care professionals to safeguard vulnerable families and improve outcomes. You will follow DAAT guidelines and contribute to health education and outcome-focused plans.
