Drink and Drugs News is seeking Health and Wellbeing Nurses to join our Adult Drug and Alcohol Service in Cheshire West and Chester (Base Chester and Northwich).
You will support clinical pathways, perform health and wellbeing assessments, contribute to MDTs, and help with routine checks and audits to uphold CQC standards and improve outcomes for service users.
