Head Fitness Coach & Team Growth Leader

Everlast Gyms in Highgate, United Kingdom, is seeking a Head Coach to own the gym’s fitness product, lead by example on the floor, and inspire both members and the team.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, deliver MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training and Group Training, and drive member onboarding, engagement and retention. This hands‑on leadership role also focuses on delivering on‑shift classes and ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.
