Job Description:
Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a Nurse Associate or Assistant Practitioner to join our community teams in Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire. You will work across a rota system 8am–8pm, supporting multi-disciplinary teams to assess and plan care for acutely and chronically unwell patients.
You will need excellent communication and clinical skills, with experience in electronic records, prioritising workloads and sharing knowledge with learners.
