Room Leader: Drive Learning & Care in Early Years

Busy Bees Hove is seeking a Room Manager to oversee multiple rooms, ensuring high standards of care and learning across the centre. You will lead a dedicated team, plan age-appropriate activities, and partner with families to support children’s development.

As a Room Leader in this Ofsted-rated Good nursery, you will model excellent practice, manage health and safety, and coordinate curriculum delivery while driving continuous improvement and staff development.
