Pet Care Client Experience Specialist

Vets for Pets Falkirk is seeking a friendly Client Services Assistant to greet clients and their pets, support the team, and manage payments and bookings. You will coordinate day-to-day practice routines using our online booking system and work closely with a team of 6 CCAs and a Client Service Manager to deliver exceptional service.

You should be calm, welcoming, and proactive, with a passion for pets and a proactive approach to customer care. This full-time role includes every fourth weekend.
