EL/PL Casualty File Handler – Fast-Track Hybrid Role

Davies in Bolton is seeking a Casualty NDA File Handler to manage a varied EL/PL caseload for multiple insurance clients. The role requires forensic and analytical skills, handling Fast-Track cases with potential Multi Track work up to £100K, often on a non-delegated authority basis.

You will work 35 hours weekly (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm) with a hybrid pattern, based primarily at Parklands, Bolton. The role demands strong evidence review, strategy setting, and coordination with Counsel and experts.
