Brava Education is recruiting an Interim Deputy Headteacher for a special school in the Thames Valley to lead the quality of education as the school implements its improvement plan.
The role is senior and hands-on, with responsibility for curriculum structure, sequencing, assessment cycles and coaching curriculum leaders. It involves leading lesson observation, feedback and CPD, and working on rapid relationship-building with staff and pupils on site.
