PM & Employer’s Agent – Lead Refurb Projects NW/Scotland

Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior PM to help shape a Manchester team for an up-and-coming independent SME. You’ll be the face of the project to clients and stakeholders, working across a varied mix of schemes rather than being stuck on one site for years.

You’ll lead major refurbishment schemes across the North West and Scotland, mostly residential and mixed-use commercial, running projects from day one under the Building Safety Regime and through Gateway 2.
