Group GM, Premium Dining (SW & London)

TipTopJob is seeking a Group General Manager to lead up to five premium restaurants across the South West and London. You will steer day-to-day operations, drive guest experience and protect each concept’s identity while reporting into the owners.

You’ll bring Michelin-standard rigor, ownership of budgets and cost control, and a hands-on leadership style to coach GM layer, build strong teams, and grow the business as travel between regions necessitates strong collaboration.
