Job Description:
Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a General Manager to run one of our busy bowling and entertainment centres in the UK. You will shape the business by driving performance across the four revenue streams—bar, diner, amusements and bowling—and be fully accountable for delivering budgets and KPIs.
You will lead and develop the team, foster a safe and exciting customer environment, and contribute to the company’s growth plans. This role requires nights and weekends as part of a dynamic operation.
