Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking an Independent Living Team Leader for Sheltered Housing for the over‑60s. You will manage a team of Independent Living Officers and Mobile Wardens to deliver a compliant, customer‑focused service that promotes independence and wellbeing.

You will oversee staff development, safety, and regulatory compliance, updating policies and ensuring excellent customer care. A‑Level or equivalent housing/social care qualification and driving licence are expected.
