Senior B2B Account Lead – Wholesale (Hybrid, London)

BT Group in London is seeking a Senior Account Manager (B2B) to own end-to-end relationships with large, complex customers in Wholesale fixed and enterprise services. You will lead migration programs, manage contract delivery, and drive growth through pricing, profitability and customer satisfaction, spending significant time onsite with clients.

Hybrid working is offered with 3 days in London and 2 days remote; expect fortnightly reviews with C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional BT teams
