Plant Performance Lead – Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

British Gypsum Partnership is seeking a Performance Manager to lead a team including a Process Engineer, a Line Engineer and a Controls Engineer at our Robertsbridge gypsum plant in East Sussex. You will drive continuous improvement, manage KPIs, and develop a three-year strategy aligned with the site roadmap.
